Developed a method for fabricating millimeter-scale hydrogel structures with micron-scale features using multiphoton lithography (a 3D printing technique). The method required writing code in the ImageJ macro language to convert 3D virtual objects into a timed sequence of linear masks, and writing LabView code to coordinate the mechanical and optical.
