CurrentWith a passion for project management, I budget and execute capital needs for a portfolio of multi-family assets including garden style, mixed used, mid-rise, and fee managed communities. I am specialized in the project management of new developments, capital improvements, TI projects, and large casualty loss projects from design and permitting through completion. I also collaboratively streamlined the production of drawings and expedited permits partnering with interior designers, architects, civil/structural/MEP engineers, owners, and investors. I mentored maintenance teams on best practices for safety, operational compliance, budgeting, vendor management, and asset preservation.
