As a District Manager in Nassau County, I am currently accountable for the profitable operation of 16 stores with a collective sales volume in the tens of millions of dollars/year. Utilizing strong quantitative skills, I glean business insights from weekly and monthly financial reviews (P&L). For each location, I assess key performance indicators (KPIs), including overall sales, sales by product category, sales by SKU, sales by associate, profitability, and expenses. I also drill down into sales metrics to assess warranty sales and loyalty program sign-ups. I have been tapped as a change agent to transform underperforming locations and I have substantially improved gross sales and margins in those stores—an accomplishment that resulted in recognition with President’s Club Distinctions for two consecutive years. With regard to training/coaching, I use role-playing scenarios to guide employees in how to handle routine as well as challenging interactions with customers.
