For 12 years I have worked for Honda Conyers. I have worked my way up from being a porter to an express tech. By the age of twenty, while performing my duties as an express tech, I took all of my Honda self studies and passed all in-class training required to become a Honda Master Technician. After being promoted to a line technician, I continued to work diligently and became the Shop Foreman at Honda Conyers. I continue to work diligently to improve "fixed right first visit," "CSE," and "time to complete" in my shop. On a daily basis I use my automotive knowledge, communication skills, advanced diagnostic training, and leadership skills to diagnose, communicate, and repair not only my customer cars, but every customer car that comes through the doors and is therefore my responsibility.
