Establish overall strategic and operational direction of global contracting function. Set global policies and procedures to ensure that all transactions are executed and documented in accordance with regulatory requirements, generally accepted accounting principles and Company policy. Implement process, organization and system improvements to shorten cycle times and reduce contracting costs. Manage overall strategic direction and exercise of global process improvement at ACI, including the integration of process improvement approaches and initiatives. Report directly to the CAO.

Oversaw strategy development for process management and improvement, coordinated integration of multiple improvement initiatives, prioritized/managed portfolio of process improvement projects, and lead development of shop performance measures and analysis. Lead growth of process compliance and process change management function, and ensured ongoing development of company Black and Green Belts. Developed and certified compliance with SOX controls in the IT shop and coordinated all audit activity into the department.
