Born and raised in sunny southern California, I was the product of a motorcycle racer and a legal secretary. Through childhood I filled my adrenaline craving with skateboarding, which led me to winning the CASL State Championship. I was the first in my family to finish college, earning three bachelors of science from CSULB (Biz mgmt, Ops, & Finance). Interestingly enough I didnt really start learning about finance until I was 30.I struggled with chronic health issues most of my life until in my mid-twenties. I started studying nutrition and changed my understanding of food and what I put into my body. The drastic shift my life took led me to publish eight books on health and nutrition, one becoming an Amazon bestseller, and brought forth a deep passion for using food as medicine.People say I'm a good listener, curious to a fault sometimes, diehard problem solver, and I strive to use the least amount of time, energy, and resources. I'm bursting at the seems with creativity, a ruthless personal development junkie, and love nothing more that doing breathwork and contemplating the big picture at a whiteboard. My first waking thoughts each morning are of what I'm grateful for, and, how I intend to leave this world with more love than I found it. <3
