I have worked in almost every position, both front and back of the house, in the restaurant/hotel industry, including management. While on-premise of client Time Warner Cable, coordinated the use of temporary employees throughout corporate facility and several satellite locations. Responsible for recruitment and retention of temporary employees as well as the related functions of interviewing, payroll, invoicing, performance evaluations and coaching. This position demanded a great deal of personal interaction with both temporary employees and upper level management.

Held position of Assistant Human Resource Manager for an Owner/Operator of 22 McDonald’s restaurants. As one member of a department of two, shared the responsibility of staffing 22 McDonald’s restaurants, as well as the administration of insurance benefits, workman’s compensation and unemployment insurance for approximately 1700 employees. Also spent a significant amount of time in schools, explaining the importance of work ethics and the skills needed to apply and interview for a job. The position demanded excellent skills of both written and verbal communication, as well as time management.
