 Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a production team.  Reaching the performance objectives of the mining plan. Plan and perform the prevention activities regarding health and safety (task analysis, joint inspections, accident enquiries and safety meetings). Training and evaluation of the operators. Recruitment of personnel.  Elaborate training presentations for the employees

 Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a drilling & blasting team. It is a team of approximately 15 to 25 people, of which 50% are native. Meet the performance objectives of the mining plan. Plan and perform the prevention activities regarding health and safety (task analysis, joint inspections, accident enquiries and safety meetings). Participate in the training of the operators. Participate in the recruitment of personnel and evaluations of the operators. Participate proactively in the Continuous Improvement Program. Perform different special projects such as the raising of the dam, start-up of a pit and deviation of a stream.
