About Eric Steinmiller

Over the past seventeen years, I have had a variety of unique learning experiences across the nation that have informed my role to lead transformational change by creating organizational systems and learning environments that enables all students to become critical thinkers and life-long learners. I believe in creating and leading systemic organizational collaboration between teachers, students, parents and the community to promote student achievement. I have a proven track record for developing professional learning communities, leading teachers and teams to engage in data driven analysis to inform best instructional practices, monitor student achievement, and implementing effective school improvement plans. I initiate structures that enable effective collaboration between all stakeholders to put students at the center of all decision making.
