In the past 18 months, I have led NJ Audubon through the strategic revisioning Sustainable NJ Audubon initiative. NJA has decreased its deficit by $1.1 million, its line of credit has been paid in full and gifts and contributions continue to increase by 10% annually. While the decisions were not easy, they were needed to secure the organization's future.Our vision for engagement has similarly evolved to serving people in their own communities. NJ Audubon staff partner with Community-based Organizations, Y's, public and private schools and other local partners to connect people with nature in their own communities. It reinforces that where people lives matters and allows us to collaborate with more people from a broad range of economic and ethnic backgrounds.This has been possible due to the work of an incredibly talented and dedicated staff, Board, and volunteers.Specialties: Non-profit leadership, strategic visioning, change management, human resources, risk management, fundraising, board governance and leadership
