Responsible for the creation and management of The Royal Bank of Scotland’s structured finance midstream portfolio, including Leverage Finance, Project Finance, Infrastructure, and Non-investment grade debt. Originally hired to grow the bank’s North American Project Finance business I transitioned to a leadership role and broadened the bank’s Midstream clients to include Infrastructure Funds, Private Equity Funds, Master Limited Partnerships, and independent developers through M&A advisory roles, recapitalizations, access to the capital markets, and providing working capital and acquisition finance debt facilities.
