About Eric Stolte
I began my health and fitness journey at Equinox in 2015. I was skinny and a little anxious but determined to succeed. The first few years were tough but I stuck it out, grew with the company, reached Tier 3+ and took every opportunity for education and growth. I traveled to Chicago to study with Dr. Evan Osar and learn about the importance of breathing, alignment and control in his IMS program. I also traveled to Miami to take part in a Functional Range Conditioning Certification. These two certification's really shaped my perspective on training. I prioritize building a strong foundation, avoiding loading dysfunctional movement patterns. Ultimately, my goal is for my client's to move pain free, exercise efficiently and reach their goals safely.
