I was responsible for the hiring and development of employees as well as the creation and oversight of all Regional training, increasing top line revenue, reducing overall expenses, growing market share, creating a top tier customer service experience, strategic thinking, problem solving, forecasting and statement analysis.For the past 16 years, I worked closely with 16 direct reports and was responsible for the careers of over 300 full time and part time employees. I oversaw over 40 Enterprise Home City locations, 2 National/Alamo locations and Tweed and Westchester County Airports. I lived by a simple philosophy of setting clear expectations, providing training and development along with consistent follow up and accountability.Since 2010, my team consistently achieved exceptional performance, consistently ranking in the top 20% of the Corporation's Balance Analysis—a comprehensive assessment of customer service, employee retention, growth, and net profit. This sustained success over an extended period demonstrates our ability to deliver consistent top-level results.
