I work on a large team to systematically test the company’s software and find issues. I am responsible for managing a high volume of projects simultaneously to ensure their completion with high quality. I've taken on several process/resource improvement projects aimed at helping my team work more efficiently in their day-to-day responsibilities. My job requires me to demonstrat a high level of creative thinking and problem-solving strategies, as well as a high level of technical understanding of our software. Beyond that, I am able to integrate that technical understanding into more thorough test plans and higher volume of issue discovery.

I Conduct online course instruction with a wide array of clients in Korea. I work with them one-on-one to help them speak and understand English more fluently. I also help edit and improve their English writing through KWT's "writing center".

I work with students (age K-12) to help them develop critical thinking and concentration skills as well as a general understanding of math subjects and language arts.

Employed detailed knowledge of products and services, as well as great customer service skills to help customers find the right product to suit their needs.

I was responsible for general office tasks including: copying, printing, editing, grading, information gathering, and generally anything that the professors of the Linfield English Department needed.

Worked one-on-one with students to answer their questions and edit their creative and scholarly writing.

Welcomed and provided assistance to the visiting guests of the school. Made them feel comfortable during their stay at Linfield College.
