Eric Stouch retired from a 28yr career in local and federal U.S. law enforcement. Mr. Stouch provides strategic consulting to governments, non-government organizations (NGO’s) and private firms in their most complex investigative matters. He has a global understanding of international enforcement laws and the sensitivities of working in developing countries. Mr. Stouch has implemented a global network of credible government and private partners with a specific focus on Africa. Mr. Stouch has served the public and private sectors as a police officer in urban and rural communities, a Special Agent for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and as the Director of Investigations for Focused Conservation Solutions (FCS), a non-profit organization with a mission to equip, train, mentor and manage wildlife crime units for developing governments to fight illicit wildlife trafficking..
