Wow! Was I ever blessed with great parents. My dear mother, passed away in 1990, but she had plenty of time to brain wash me into sacrificial kindness (I'm not always happy about that.). My father, student of humanity, philosopher, orator, insisted we discover truth and then speak to it with fresh accurate language. I had a third influence, my uncle Clarence. He taught me never say die and that I must find a way to solve each and every problem.

Sauvignon blanc dances with the flavors of ginger and macadamia nuts. All flavors are now available in the delightfully textured feel of our caramels.
