- Perform site, grading and utility design of public and private development projects - Use Civil 3D for drafting, pipe layout and design, surface generation, profile views and sections of proposed and existing roadways- Work collaboratively with individuals of multiple disciplines including architects, surveyors, contractors, owners and other industry professionals- Perform site visits and recommend civil engineering improvements to owners and site developers - Consistently work with Lam Research to provide engineering solutions to the ongoing growth of the company- Recently worked with Portland International Airport and the Port of Portland to assist in design of the Quick-Turnaround Facility-Create positive relationships with clients and other individuals to promote the company and secure future work - Maintain an enthusiastic and eager attitude when performing new tasks and throughout project lifecycle

- Conduct test to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes- Research process equipment and obtain quotes while also coordinating product trials- Make recommendations for plant improvement- Provide engineering support to other departments as needed- Perform engineering drawings on AutoCAD- Present project proposals in meetings- Manage projects on site

- Design traffic control plans based on MUTCD and California WATCH manual standards- Use AutoCAD to draft base plans and design TCP- Perform site inspections to review field safety and adherence of safety design- Gather field data to ensure infrastructure is current and matches up with base plans - Coordinate with Engineering Assistant and/or Manager to determine work distribution specifics and to understand focus of projects more clearly
