The key focus of this role was to ensure the positive image of the service provided by Ingeus training amongst customers to ensure courses where used effectively. This was a field based role covering the area of North Nottinghamshire, requiring self management to ensure all targets were achieved. Key duties included:Raise awareness of the Jobcentre Support Contract provision amongst JCP advisers.Develop a strong working relationship with all JCP advisers.Work alongside the JCP liaison team and group facilitators to ensure that there is a high conversion rate from referrals into programme starts. Obtain feedback from Ingeus Group Facilitators, Job Station Officers, Training Broker/Work Placement Coordinators and JCP Liaison Officers as well as Jobcentre Plus staff to inform interactions with the Jobcentre to ultimately drive high levels of referrals to the programme. Liaise with Partner Organisations, where appropriate, to ensure understanding of the JCPSC programme so clients can seek referral via their JCP adviser. Provide regular feedback to JCP advisers on progress of clients referred and key successes in order to maintain a strong relationship and increase referrals to provision.Identify and prioritise low referring JCP offices in order to prioritise time and keep the management team aware of any key trends identified in referral patterns.

Delivering daily huddles and buzz sessions, motivating the teams with energizers and sales/service games. Providing one to one coaching to current and new consultants.Design and delivery training courses over 6 week period Completing risk assessments.Working a range off departments and being a product expert in each.Managing KPI’s and so all advisors joined new teaming achieving set targets and with development plans in place.
