Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing the implementation of all marketing and advertising campaigns to promote Meprolight's products. Marketing Director will manage law enforcement OEM, and Military sales as needed to maximize sales plan.• Manage all public relations and social media Activities developing content on Facebook, YouTube,Instagram, while measuring KPIs (Reach, Clicks, Engagement, Hashtag performance, Likes) for both,MUSA and MHQ if required.• Manage the marketing budgets including show budgets. Provide details related to spend and cost benefit analysis as requested. • Develop press strategy for internal and external communication while leveraging relationships to helpnegotiate the best advertising rates to maximize our exposure.• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to create marketing content and manage master event calendar along with managing digital assets, photography, video content, catalogs, packaging, instruction manuals, and specification sheets.• Develop marketing strategies for new product launches and monitor competitor product launches andmedia activities.• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints to maximize dollar spend to increase return on investment.• Approve and contracts for all print, catalog, internet/website, TV and trade show advertising content.• Manage relationships with creative and photography content creators for print, catalog, internet/website, TV and trade shows.• Manage relationships with firearms industry writers, bloggers and YouTube content providers to insureextensive editorial coverage and representation of Meprolight products across all marketing platforms.• Collaborate with the Product Development team by providing insight and market trend information forpotential new product development and/or the improvement of current product offerings.

• Supervise and conduct day to day business of the HSV Gun Room• Maintain, organize and repair over 6000 Firearms and suppressors located throughout Remington Arms, Huntsville• Use SAP to create, track and change orders within the system to complete orders processed through the HSV gunroom• Work with product managers to build prototype firearms to be tested or used as show pieces• Use aggressive time management and efficiency skills to stream line the gun room to be a fluid in a fast-paced work environment.• Build show and demo gun packages as needed to support DOD/LE/Product Management/Sales and marketing in order to meet firearm demands in addition to test firing (function and accuracy) to ensure products meet strict standards.• Create production orders for firearms changing status (NFA, Building receivers)• Maintain safe range environments during live fire ranges when test firing firearms for orders, shooting prototypes or running an event• Assist the creation of trauma packs and train individuals on tactical trauma medicine to ensure survival ability in the event of an catastrophic injury.• Demo firearms as needed for product managers and provide feedback on high and low points as it pertains to the weapon system. • Work with design engineers when problems are found to find solutions and possible line changes to make a safer more reliable product.
