I am the Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer and Epic Bones Principal Trainer for Texas Health Resources. I am responsible for creating every tip sheets of new workflows for 300+ clinics and creating necessary training material for multiple upgrades per year. I maintain the accuracy of the training environment by ensuring it matches production and I create fake patients and logins. In conjunction with my day to day functionality, I train any new credentialed trainer on how to train and all about Ambulatory and Bones. I have successfully trained all 6 credentialed trainers and over 15 ambulatory analysts.
