High D's are also normally strong willed, driving, determined, ambitious, aggressive, and pioneering. Eric fits this to a "T"! A High I (Influence) which would mean he would persist to a point that does not irritate, and know when to go in for the close or back off and let the customer speak about their pain, or issues, so that he can explain how his product or service can solve them. High I's influence others through talking and activity and tend to be emotional. They are described as convincing, magnetic, political, enthusiastic, persuasive, warm, demonstrative, trusting, and optimistic, again describing Eric and his personality.
