With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, I was previously a Client Service Manager at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where I lead a team of wealth advisor associates to provide comprehensive banking and asset allocation strategies to high-net-worth clients. I leverage my skills in customer service, operations, and compliance, as well as my domain expertise in the banking sector, to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I am passionate about building trust and long-term relationships with clients, and supporting them through market changes and life events. I also lead my team to achieve the growth and development of the Private Bank by partnering with other business lines and referrals sources, and by mentoring new hires and junior staff. Prior to Wells Fargo, I was a Vice President and Branch Manager at Citi for 15 years, where I led a team of bankers and financial advisors, and oversaw the branch operations, sales, and service.
