• Coordinate procurement of services, materials, and construction projects. Projects included food services benefits contacts, ad valorem tax services, professional services, LCRA’s Red Bud Center (35,000 sq ft office building), fleet contract, water and wastewater lines, metal buildings, roofs, road paving, wastewater treatment plant renovations, raw water intake, dam renovation and materials related to construction of transmission power lines. Project values up to $11M.• Served as contract administrator for LCRA company wide contracts; including Temporary Workforce ($24M), Light Construction ($20M), and Fleet Procurement ($7M), and LCRA’s Matagorda Bay Natural Science Center ($4.4M construction project).
