At Morbark, I have responsibility for all brands in our portfolio- Morbark, Rayco, Denis Cimaf, and Boxer. I am proud to lead all aftermarket operations for the organization, including parts sales, technical and field services, customer service, quality assurance, rebuild, warranty, research and development, and technical publications. I also serve as the corporate point of contact for NHTSA and the USDOT. We serve and support a global customer base through a combination of dealer driven sales and service as well as direct to customer action. Our organization is headquartered in Winn, Michigan with another large facility in Wooster, Ohio, and a retail location in Sanford, Florida.

As Director of Service and Safety for 70+ locations, I had the opportunity to lead the service business from an infant state to a solid EBITDA engine by developing structure, knowledge, and skills to build a steady 20%+ growth rate. I also drove award winning safety and compliance within the retail locations through the creation and adoption of a safety structure and culture. I also headed the procurement and management of capital assets within the company, including the rental fleet/business.

With the Bobcat company I had the opportunity to support the 26 dealerships that comprised the highest volume district in North America. As a team, we improved every KPI to exceed Bobcat standards. I created and delivered technical training courses for the dealer techs, administered warranty training, and assisted in corporate level training creation and implementation. I was responsible for a multimillion dollar warranty operation and successfully drove down costs while increasing dealer compensations and customer satisfaction. I was used as a company technical resource in engineering, troubleshooting, and prototyping and even developed an innovative system that was incorporated into the long term strategy plan. I assisted my dealerships' operations by way of financial interpretation projects, kaizen events, and various customer education seminars. Together we increased profitability, productivity, and enhanced the overall customer experience.

At the time I joined Ranchers the service department was struggling to make a profit, and the dealership was very young in its journey to be the best. I was able to turn the shop into one of the most prestigious service operations in the Bobcat dealer network through building solid relationships with our customers and vendor partners. We were described by Bobcat as a "model dealership" to our peers, which became an enormous source of pride. We became a very profitable operation, but more importantly we also became a trusted provider for our customer's needs. I lead the shop operations, developed and mentored the technicians, all while providing troubleshooting and engineering assistance to our vendors. I also engaged in heavy repair work and complex diagnostics to ensure top quality service was received by every customer.
