I manage loan activities for a residential investment property/wholesale lender, with clients that include investors and other brokers. I review financial information and perform financial analysis and risk analysis with a focus on the Four Cs: Credit, Capacity, Collateral, and Character. I approve loan applications, then proactively manage the loan process to avoid bottlenecks. This position requires extensive communication with customers and the end investor.

When I accepted a position with Aetna, we converted Omni into a holding company. At the company’s peak, I provided consulting in financing acquisition and risk management for over $3 Billion in international projects. Drawing on my combined insurance and finance background, I created a new, one-of-a-kind, international insurance product.

I managed large, specialized accounts, and generated my own clients – advising them in risk management and international insurance protection. Accounts included construction, non-profit, and specialty products, for both domestic and international projects. I later served as Marketing Rep for the company. Wrote $650,000 in new business during tenure with this company. A global foundation followed me to this agency, generating premiums in the hundreds of millions.

I founded and built this company with a focus on underwriting and risk reduction. We sold and serviced commercial and personal insurance lines -- including liability, property, Workers’ Compensation, auto, business owner’s policies, homeowners, life, bonds, risk retention groups (RRGs), and custom captive insurance programs. My commercial clients included contractors, retail, restaurant, specialty, and medical organizations. Created and owned a Workers’ Compensation program that helped the roofing industry provide affordable coverage for its workers. Wrote $14,500,000 in new business.

Metro was an exposed insurance agency focused on global projects. I managed all large, national and international accounts in a sales capacity. My territories included North and South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Later, I moved into an underwriting position. My accomplishments: Wrote $820,000 in new business during tenure with this company. Created a new company and profit center for the agency. Achieved “Highest Non-Owner Production.” Qualified as a United Nations insurance bidder.
