CurrentMy experience with real estate started when I was practicing as a real estate litigation attorney in Los Angeles. At the same time, I had set up a real estate brokerage as an added service to assist my clients with any transactional or real estate investment matters. In early 2008, I transitioned out of real estate law practice because my passion and heart were really in the real estate brokerage. This gave me the ability to focus on what I loved most about real estate - negotiating deals and serving my clients. My professional experiences in the legal field provided me with the best training for negotiating deals and at the same time offering the best customer service to my clients. To me, great customer service is a succesful partnership between the client and their representation. All of my clients have different priorities and concerns. I pride myself in custom tailoring the real estate experience for each client to satisfy their specific needs and concerns.
