April 2010-March 2011Lead Analyst in the Global Pharmaceutical Supply Group supporting Supply Planning Analytics, where I conceptualized, initiated, and managed the implementation of a tool that delivered end-to-end visibility to supply planning data across 3 distinct SAP platforms. Jointly I acted as Business Relationship Manager for the Direct Procurement organization, developing and facilitating the IT strategy and roadmaps.June 2007-April 2010Senior Analyst and Lead Analyst supporting the J&J Global Pharmaceutical Supply Group in the API Manufacturing organization. Managed a global project to deploy Windows XP/Office 2007 to 6 biologics manufacturing sites; designed, deployed, and managed a Portfolio Management process for our global Pharmaceutical Operations IT organization; developed a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model to measure the costs of our global applications and used it to drive a new allocation model for IT costs; delivered a number of other projects and feasibility assessments/business cases.June 2005-June 2007Analyst in Worldwide Information Security organization. Developed the Business Partner Risk Assessment process used globally across J&J and supported information security assessments. Analyst in Networking & Computing Services (NCS). Managed infrastructure deployment projects for Business Intelligence applications; developed a global shared Cognos BI platform that is used across J&J.
