As the Head of Human Resources Administrative at Steel Ally Engineering, I oversee the HR functions for over 400 employees, including payroll administration, recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. I work collaboratively with all levels of employees, respecting the strictest confidentially in all matters.I have over 8 years of progressive experience in HR, starting as an HR Assistant and advancing to my current role. I have successfully implemented multiple HR policies and procedures, improved employee engagement and retention, and facilitated several training programs. I hold a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. I am dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of Steel Ally Engineering.
