Engineering has always been my passion from the day I graduated until now. Over the last 20 years of my career, I have steadfastly held on to my interest and chose to tread along the manufacturing path. The dedication has affords me the invaluable opportunity to work with different set-ups and management directions and built a robust experience. Being exposed to the various areas of engineering such as Production, Design, Process, Quality and Project Engineering, I have acquired a strong foundation and knowledge in the area of project / program management. Key strength is in manufacturing process and project management. Good communication skills in cross cultural environment. The resiliency and patience to readily adapt to changing environment and priorities have also enhanced my problem solving and decision making skills.
