With 23 years of experience in healthcare, the last 15 of those years spent in management and administrative roles, I have been blessed to work with and learn from some amazing people and refine my skills in leading, managing, motivating, and communication that have become invaluable to me. I enjoy the challenges associated with the constantly evolving environments in healthcare, and recognize that we all must be flexible and agile in response to the constant changes to meet the needs of our patients and surpass their expectations. I have experience in Lean management and process improvement having worked on multiple projects with our organization to improve our overall performance and reduce waste. I enjoy team development and recognize that investing the time and training necessary to provide our staff with the skills necessary to meet and exceed our goals is mandatory for success. I have always enjoyed healthcare because of the variety of challenges it affords and I look forward to more in the future!
