I have over 34 years of knowledge and work experience in health, safety & environmental, and 21 years as a Vacation Rental Owner, Manager and real estate investor. I have combined my two passions, safety & real estate, to build a company dedicated to serving Vacation Rental Managers & Owners. Families and friends are gathered for a break from work, to be together, celebrate birthdays or anniversaries and create lifelong memories. That’s why I created Safer Vacation Rentals, so I could provide the coaching, tools, techniques and processes in a community of like-minded vacation rental Owners & Managers to help us deliver safe properties for our guests and be financially successful.I also offer expert witness and testimony services for attorney, insurance companies, property management companies and owners.
