Ziel war ein gemeinsames Marketing in der Region mit klaren Strukturen, gemeinsamem Budget, klarer Aufgabenteilung und gemeinsamer Strategie & Positionierung. 1 Region – 1 Team: Heute sind wir eine Allianz aus Kommunen, dem Landkreis, Leistungsträgern und Unterstützern, die gemeinsam einen zukunftsgerichteten qualitativen Tourismus am internationalen westlichen Bodensee gestalten. Seit dem 1.1.2018 verantworte ich die Geschäftsführung des REGIO-Vereins zusätzlich zur MTK-Geschäftsführung.
