Manage the team responsible for driving cost excellence across the Business PC division. Key responsibilities include development/management of:• an engagement strategy with stakeholder organizations in R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Management, and Finance to align product cost targets with product requirements and business objectives before and during and after RFQ processes• strategies to streamline and enable cost planning processes and cost improvement strategy between Commercial Desktop and Notebook organizations. Manage the team engaged in the demand/supply planning task for the consumer segment of the North America Region Notebook Organization (>7m units per year)Key responsibilities include:- Work with NA marketing/channel to develop long term forecast plans aligned to the go to market strategies- Drive the demand/supply matching process for the current cycle window to support the NA account commit process - Coordinate with NA Accounts and GBU teams on forecast changes, shortages, weekly production/shipment plans- Lead analysis/implementation of NA ocean, inventory optimization, and obsolescence mitigation strategies

Manage the team engaged in the demand planning task for the consumer segment of the Notebook Division (>25m units per year across 4 regions)Key responsibilities include:- Coordinating demand planning processes with the regions including product transition planning- Leading the demand supply matching process to optimize the use of available supply and maximize the commit to regions- Ensuring the integrity of the demand and supply signals together with clear understanding of week over week changes- Monitoring/managing the alignment of demand signal with aspire & business plan
