• Implementing school safety initiatives and protocols, including, but not limited to school safety and evacuations, fire drills and other emergency drills.• Conducting facility safety trainings • Enforcing the schools Code of Conduct • Assisting with Truancy Prevention• Assisting with the PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports) initiative. Creating a school culture that is conducive to excelling in learning.• Implementing a safe arrival and dismal procedures ensuring that students enter and exit the building safe and efficiently. • Managing School base security team. • Conducting Saturday Academy (For student with repeated school violations) • Coordinating and implementing afterschool detention• Communicating with parents and staff to ensure student success.• Coordinating and facilitating restorative conversation and peer mediation• Working with school Principal along with Director of School Culture to create an environment that is safe a conducive to learning.
