I have been in the auto industry for the last 25 years. In that time frame I started as a salesperson and quickly gained a customer base predicated on the professional experience I was able to provided for my clients. I then was asked to move into the business office and then was able to handle the clients, the bank side of the business, and deliver outstanding performance with the paperwork. After that I was recruited to joint a team as the sales manager, there I established a training protocol and delivered it as well as the day to day business of the dealership.
