Started in the Sports Nutrition Industry in 2001 in retail where I learned what the consumer wants but doesnt know how to get it or what to believe. With the abundant access to information, which is most often advertisement the consumer often suffers from information or marketing overload. I excelled in breaking through the clutter to educate on what the consumer needs as opposed to what they have been told they want. I took my passion to the brand side and crafted my knowledge on the needs of the consumer and turned it into how the then start-up BSN marketed and sold its products. I helped design products we should produce to fill voids being offered to the consumer. I positioned myself to be a liaison to sales, marketing, and product development. I excel in team building, creativity in both sales and marketing, idea generation, sales management, revenue creation, profitability management, and customer relations. I refuse to follow trends as they are all too often void of sustainability, true innovation, and quality. I would rather build something for the long run than the quick but temporary sale.
