• Communicated 2D/3D design for Residential and Mixed-Use projects with the Client, Owner, Head Architect, and Project Managers. The objective is to determine the Zoning and Program for each proposal, where the company can calculate the most feasible budget for various multi-million-dollar projects.• Completed As-Built, Interior Design, Demolition, Tenant Improvement, and Millwork drawing set to be reviewed and submitted to Real Estate/ Leasing Agencies, Property Managers, and/or Interior Designers. My main objective was not only to generate construction documents but also my previous experience to help ISO-Arch organized their CAD Based Files.• Worked with quality control management team on a weekly basis to inspect general contractor's and subcontractor's work throughout the construction phase for completed mid-rise and high-rise projects.• Utilized Revit to calculate the quantity of building materials required for their mid-rise/ high rise structure and to create excavated site proposals for their fast-track phase.
