• Define and implement standardized procedures and best practice in customer centers in order to improve operational efficiency in the logistics teams, increase transparency and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. • Establish standard ways of working according to SAP functionality and Atlas Copco logistics principles.• Train and coach the Customer Center Logistic teams in implementing standard processes within their organizations• Follow up closely on the progress and assist the customer centers in problem solving activities. • Evaluate ideas for improvement from the customer centers as 1st level and work closely together with EU colleagues working on SAP new change request to evaluate and test new features

CDOS(Customer Distribution Order Service) team AP is established from ground to a team of 19 persons (reporting to Multi-channel network director) for IKEA’s business transformation from traditional retailer to multi-channel retailing (both offline and online) in AP.CDOS team is accountable for implementing multi-channel fulfilment solution in main AP markets, contributing E-com rollout, maintaining an efficient/low-cost replenishment to E-com warehouses in AP, defining the Range-set up with Retail, monitoring the order flow and securing a happy customer shopping experience.• Establish the entire CDOS team in Asia Pacific region (CN, KR, AU and IN, future JP), plan and secure competence build-up of CDOS team for operational readiness and excellence in daily operation.• Lead, manage and inspire the team to be key leader to drive the opening of new E-com warehouses, rollout of multi-channel fulfilment solution and E-com in AP• Streamline end to end E-com supply chain in AP and quickly build up a trustful working relationship with relevant stakeholders• Strategically secure high good availability at E-com warehouses by an optimized stock level at lowest possible cost, lead/coach the team to reach the operational excellence and further secure more happy end customers• Proactively guide the team to secure benchmarking, develop, evaluate and follow-up operational key figures and initiate appropriate action to improve performance;• Actively promote the attitude of “constantly on the way” and encourage the team to anticipate operational issues and challenges in advance, and initiate corrective actions/solution optimization.• Create an inspiring team environment and promote actively a customer oriented and “Can do” mind-set within the team.• Coach and support the development of individuals for their area of responsibility as well as key stakeholders.

DCG OPS is DS(Distribution Service) interface to other stakeholders in IKEA Supply Chain related to the operational DC-STO replenishment process, both order flow & physical flow, play as a competent and pro-active partner contributing to excellence in daily operation. • Establish the entire DCG OPS team in Asia Pacific region (CN, JP, AU and IN, future KR), plan and secure competence build-up of DCG OPS team for operational readiness• Lead, manage and inspire DCG OPS team to continuously develop ways of working, working methods(including warehouse operation, quality control, activity handling, outgoing stock handling, On Time Delivery) and giving constructive inputs to system development, and add value by providing solutions and coordinating unexpected situations with a pragmatic approach.• On behalf of DS area manager to overall drive and coordinate new fiscal year GSP/LA(Global service protocol/Local appendix) discussion and agreement in AP markets, be valuable partner to support BPL(Business Plan) finalization in DS for new fiscal year.• Lead, manage and inspire DCG OPS team to make significant contributions on below projects:--IKEA entering new markets in AP (Korea, Indonesia and India)--New DC opening in AP(FX building 2 in Shanghai, DC Tianjin in CN, DC Sydney in AU and DC Mumbai in IN)--Global range change projects (new kitchen project and humidity project)--Implementation of new systems in AP(Transport management system, Order management system, Dimension/Weight/Packaging system)as regional super users in DS by collecting/raising local needs for 2nd development, arranging training to end users, aligning new ways of working with stakeholders and providing 1st level support before and after rollout.--Supplier selection/management of Handling material for DC

• 1st assignment in Retail France (6 months) work as project leader to lead the implementation of the digital solution in store, which greatly improved the efficiency and transparency of sales location management, further optimized daily replenishment and stock structure in stores.• 2nd in CDOS North Europe in Sweden (another 6 months) work as a CDOS coordinator in the team, being responsible for hundreds of SKU’s range change/daily replenishment/unhappy order handling for central customer distribution in Nordic markets.

• Establish the flow and capacity planning team in Distribution Center Fengxian in Shanghai, plan on-site training for all team members and secure competence build- up for operational readiness • Contact person of DC to coordinate with other stakeholders in supply chain in terms of goods receiving/dispatching strategy, transit handling, FIFO, range phase in/phase out and DC- store distribution• Support stores in AP (around 40 in 8 markets) to ensure goods availability to final customers with possible lowest cost by providing precise store deliveries and higher filling rate• Lead and manage flow and capacity planning team for overall coordination with warehouse operation team to ensure an even flow and to optimize planning adapted to warehouse operation capacity and efficiency.

• Coordinate internal and external interfaces & activities for Shanghai site (material purchasing, production plan on monthly/weekly/daily basis, and inventory control).• Acting team leader of planning team in Shanghai site，leading the team to meet annual objectives of Logistics department, implementing SAP/APO.• Maintain, update and optimize the tools, systems and processes related to the detail scheduling planning and master production schedule activities. • Maintain, update the master production schedule optimizing main performance indicators as change overs, new generated excess inventory and use of airfreight,• Optimize the inventory levels to secure production plan feasibility and eliminate excess and obsolete materials.• Learn, implement, maintain and improve the tools and processes aligned with GE six sigma and lean management.
