In my current role I assist in bringing in new clients and manage the relationship with our clients to ensure that their recruiting needs are met. I am also responsible for assisting junior team members in sourcing and candidate outreach/screening. While candidates are in process I am the main point of contact and guide them as they go through the hiring process and ensure that their candidate experience is positive.We help tech companies with hiring across the organization - Delivery, Sales, Operations, Leadership, Support, Change Management, etc.

In this role I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and leading candidates through the hiring process. We work with a number of tech companies from start-up through acquisition to find the best candidates to help them grow their business.

Assisted in new customer acquisition and retention by informing customers of ways to save & by promoting the companies new Customer Rewards Program.
