Technical Support Engineer Iii
Current- Develops new processes/procedures, and reviews current methods applied in the fabrication of semiconductors.- Works with design, sales and marketing groups, along with other functional areas, to recommend and prepare changes, and modifications, which will facilitate manufacturing- Provides support to our various internal and external customers on strategic continuous improvement projectsUtilizes experimental design and SPC techniques for tool and process optimization.- Interacts directly with internal and external customers by creating and presenting reports on current projects and activities. Communicates verbally and in written form to explain process work and influence customer interactions- Self-manages multiple, complex, long-term projects by creating project tracking documentation, organizing meetings and performing project management tasks.- Documents methodologies to proliferate new analytic services across sites. Collaborates with factory design, software, and process engineers to develop solutions for high-value problems at customer sites.
