Each year, Brazilian education seeks to meet the nation's development and prepare its students to take up professions in the national and international market. Among high school subjects, Biology has been one of the most popular and discussed in the educational field, mainly because it encourages young people to pursue careers that help prevent and combat diseases. Video games, for example, inspire new users to put their technical knowledge into practice, while at the same time showing the limits of this field to a certain target audience. In view of these observations, the following project affiliated with the Selection Process of the Scientific and Technological Initiation Program (PIBICT) of the Federal Institute of Roraima (IFRR) of the Boa Vista Campus (CBV) intends to develop a Real Time Strategy (RTS) video game, in which there will be two groups representing two types of cells (human and bacteria), which will face each other through single-player or multi-player matches, aiming to awaken students' interest in the discipline of biology; as well as offering knowledge about the reactions that our body triggers in different pathogens, immersing users in virtual battles between living beings. The virtual game will be made with specific programming languages, using multiplatforms and different libraries (physical and virtual) focused on objects and virtual drawing programs. Simultaneously, the designer will research alternative means to make the program effective within the designated time; most viable, and with the lowest possible error rate. With this, it is expected that the development of the game will bring professional experience to the student responsible for the project; that is useful for learning the subject of Biology in high school, especially in the fields of cellular and molecular biology; and encourage future scientific and technological research projects.
