Looking after a small team of inspectors supervising Stourbridge, Merry Hill, Dudley and West Bromwich bus stations.

I started with the National Express West Bromwich Garage in 1979 as a bus driver.1984 I was elected onto the TWM Oakdale sports and social club committee, and then elected to the position of sports and social secretary whilst serving as a committee member.1994 I stood for and was elected by the members for the position of TGWU 5/11 Branch Union Chairman, a position I held for 12 years,I also held various positions within the Transport and General Workers Union, including Traffic Negiotiating Committee Secretary,, and also served on the regional and national committees.I was promoted to the position of Inspector in January 2006, and again promoted to Route Manager in July 2006.I was promoted to my current position of Customer Service Manager for the Dudley/Oldbury area in July 2013, where I am responsible for a small team of inspectors, working on the front line of operations.
