Software engineer with strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly, seeking a job in the tech industry. Excited to use my skills in engineering and design to bring people’s ideas to life. Utilizing my knowledge of software engineering and my skills in digital design, I create interactive, accessible, and beautiful websites.During my time in the BrainStation software engineering program, I developed HadoFinder, a web application designed to help fighting game players find tournaments and local communities around them. This site was built using a React front end, as well as an Express back end, with the information being stored in a MySQL database. I also utilized Axios to make multiple API calls to an external data source as well as my own server. The site also supports server-side authentication with JWT.
