This streamlined the process for Clinical Development Teams to discover, request access to, and reuse clinical and real world evidence data for optimising clinical trial designs for evaluating the safety and efficacy of a drug.• Led the creation of an AI-enabled solution that empowered regulatory leads to use historical data to improve the quality of drug submission documents to Health Authorities . This tool will unify and automate tasks, boosting operational efficiency and collaboration. It aims to facilitate achieving the business objective of reducing last-patient-last-visit to drug approval time from over 22 weeks to 8 weeks and was one of three projects nominated in GSK for the Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards in 2024.

• Masterminded the R&D Search strategy and feature roadmap, collaborating with engineers from the GSK platform team and solution vendors to release an integrative Scientific Search, enabling scientists to surface knowledge across GSK sources. This solution has seen significant user adoption with R&D, with approximately 2000 unique users and 150 daily users.• Developed and executed a change management plan for user adoption, including drafting communication materials, writing help manuals and running drop-in sessions for scientists.• Successfully delivered an enterprise GxP-validated solution for scientists to search clinical studies and track the reuse of study data, resulting in £5M in annual savings. The solution ensures that the reuse of individual human data complies with GSK policies.

• Collaborated with Genomics Science experts to define data needs, aligning with GSK's objective to identify diseases with associated targets, thus doubling the probability of success in drug development. This collaborative effort led to the creation of essential data assets in the Gene Data Domain, crucial for target identification and validation.• Spearheaded the implementation of an advanced interactive visualisation solution, empowering discovery project teams to perform in-depth analytics human genetics summary statistics (GWAS). This solution played a crucial role in realizing the $400M investment made to acquire human genetics data from a strategic partner.• Organised and led series of drop-in sessions to gather user feedback for ideation and product feature improvement, contributing to change management and ensuring adoption.
