I'm the principal product manager and responsible for owning all things consumer gift cards. The sub-products of our service include a proprietary e-commerce experience on web, native apps, rewards and gamification engine, and platform API. I also maintain all of my previous project management and product support responsibilities.

As the sole project manager, I was responsible for all project management needs and managing the project lifecycles across Wolfe products; these responsibilities and processes are still managed by me in my role as product manager. I created and maintained project specifications and requirements for all public sites, apps, and their infrastructure and backend simultaneously. I documented, managed, and implemented project change requests. I responded to and participated in quality assurance testing and project green-lights for acceptance criteria, and coordinated subsequent remediation or production releases. Often as the sole point of project knowledge, I coordinated between multiple teams and departments to facilitate correct understandings and communications; this was often accomplished by running stand-ups for each of these departments.

As the Senior Technical Support Specialist for SaveYa, a Wolfe product, I was responsible for all the research, troubleshooting, and documentation of issues with the SaveYa platform. I worked with product and development team to plan and improve products and future features. I collected and analyzed data to identify customer trends and precursors to site or market issues, also building queries to collect such data across multiple platforms for myself, internal teams, external customers. I was responsible for producing both high-level reports for executive overview as well as granular insight reports for product ownership. I established positive relationships with third party companies and vendors to better support and enhance product image and stability. I did this all while providing am exemplary level of support to both external customers and internal staff.

As an HP employee, I was a developer working almost exclusively with a single client on a number of different projects. Started as a key contributor on the migration and launch of an award winning (GCN IT Achievement 2013) project, and transitioning to a different project as a developer; I designed, developed, tested, and integrated custom code for different SharePoint versions and Microsoft technology environments, focusing strongly on front-end web and client side development.

As an ITS Labcon Supervisor, I was responsible for monitoring and supervising various Information Technology Services across campus. This increased responsibility position responded to emergencies and alerts around campus, taking care of the occasional supply run, and making sure computer lab consultants were not just taking care of their responsibilities, but were taken care of and in positions to succeed in helping computer lab users. I trained newly hired consultants, as well as conducting new supervisor trainings on promotions.

I was responsible for maintaining a simple on-site file server that held all the support docs for the Help Desk sub-group of PSU ITS. I updated and upgraded this server on a bi-weekly basis to maintain stability and security, as well as backing it up in the event of a hardware or software failure leading to data loss. This server was absorbed into the main PSU ITS hosted solution, after which I archived and decommissioned its hardware.

I worked closely with the regional Systems Analyst to update various systems at this site, including an Oracle database, and various Windows Server machines. We tested and implemented a new access card security system and access points. I also built new machines, imaged new and old machines, dismantled hardware, salvaged equipment, and documented all the hardware statuses and details.

As an internship project for the ITS Lab Consultant group, I researched chat systems for computer lab user to consultant instant messaging. I prepared feature tables and a formal presentation for plausible applications. For any potential application, I tested and documented them. After making recommendations, a system was eventually implemented in the PSU Fall semester of 2012.
