I have spent over 30-years from the mail-room to the board room in the fascinating career of professional advisory in both the business and legal sector where I have structured and participated in public private partnerships, project development and real estate syndication. I have done so by getting paid a percentage of results and suffering the financial risk when there are none or the outcome is below benchmark. I have C-level experience in solving complex problems simply and financing of technology and real estate projects through private public participation and registered syndication. I have patent (IP) valuation experience as the former third seat in a boutique IP technology law firm where the lead partner authored an annual Intellectual Property Trade Dress Protection guide published by Matthew Bender, Thomson West. I maintain proficiency managing effective teams with the understanding that solving problems and solutions management is often based on who you know, not always what you know. I have taught and designed Six Sigma manufacturing metrics for corporations, taught college level business marketing and finance, and have profound respect for team leadership where relationship capital of your network is often the common denominator to a successful outcome. In 2009, I co-developed and authored an international humanitarian project between the United States, England, and Australia which received the British Airways, Inc., Face to Face Challenge award and later received funding to expand international outreach of the HUGs program, Help Us Grow Safely, which I co-authored along with facilitating outreach of the Stewards of Children program between Australia and the United States.In 2002, I was appointed California co-chair of a national patient advocacy foundation and was speaker during Patient Congress III, Congress Club, Washington D.C..
