In charge of day to day operations for two of the biggest out door facilities that our company runs. In charge of scheduling, invetory, safety operations and employee discipline. Over saw concessions, front desk, groundskeepers, and lifeguards on a day to day basis. Made decisions on weather the facility stayed open or closed, delt with patrons, swim lessons at night, morning and evening activities. Also helped to create a group in our kansas city location that has contributed over 1,000 hours of community service.
