Current• Cooking instructor teaching the art of cooking, including food preparation, various cuisines, and techniques of cooking. They teach students who are simply interested in cooking as a hobby. To be successful as a Cooking Instructor you should exercise exceptional time management and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner and that the customer has a great experience. Follow Create A Cook curriculum and guidelines to execute a class.• To set-up for the class, which includes preparation of meal ingredients and equipment needs.• Properly prepare and clean meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping.• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to standards of hygiene.• Along with kitchen assistant, washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.• Oversee kitchen assistant for restocking kitchen and storage areas.• Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls, taking out trash and recycling.
