• Manage Rz Manna Ltd income and expenses by checking all the receipts and bills• Trained to do accounting services• Communicate with the clients and keep updating them on what we need.• Collaborate with the workers bringing a good understanding among them and the officers• Elaborate a weekly report on income and expenses • Scanning check before giving it to the client• Assisting the HR manager in recruitment and training of new staffs .Organizing social activities .Trained to do some of accounting services .Data entry and payroll tracking .Assisting sales department .Communicate with outside supplier updating them on what we need and have .Arranging payment for the suppliers .Keeping clean and tidy all office equipments Staff development: access, develop and coordinate staff development programs, continuing training programs and setting new employee’s orientation schedules.
