I am responsible for preparing lessons on a weekly basis and presenting the lesson to students in my ministry. I mentor many students in order to prepare them for adulthood and provide support for any hardships they may be having.

My responsibilities in this position include managing the biweekly payroll for two departments. Besides payroll, I am responsible for invoicing clients for services rendered by CSAAC and invoicing the state and county for clients in our programs. I am responsible for reconciling credit card statements. I am also in charge of reviewing resumes for new technician positions and interviewing the selected candidates. After the technicians have been hired, I am responsible for coordinating orientation programs to familiarize each new hire with our policies and procedures and preparing them for their jobs. I have also assisted Human Resources with implementing a new HR system called Interact.

Olney, Md

I was responsible for providing analytical support for evaluating commercial real estate properties throughout the Unites States. My primary responsibilities included constructing operating statements based on an established chart of accounts, developing property-level rent rolls and auditing borrower provided operating statements for conformance with tax returns, general ledger accounts and service contracts. I also worked with senior management on an as-needed basis to analyze real estate market conditions.

Millersville, Md

Working beneath a real estate agent, I was responsible for data input, contacting old, new, and current clients, and updating the Multiple List Service with new sales. I also assisted with home inspections and worked on several advertising assignments. Within Excel, I developed a large client database that was used to keep track of current and prospective clients.
